It is the festival par excellence of the Baita "Paoli-Barsi" now in its 53 edition and as usual French fries in abundance in our two pavilions 120 cm in diameter with fire fueled by wood. The festival also includes a dish of pasta, panzanelle (fried pasta) and much more. We resumed last year the exposure of potatoes grown on our territory with the due award.
