Hotel Bracciotti Lido di Camaiore


Here our recipe for a very tasty apricot clafoutis, with the personal touch of the our chef Catia.

INGREDIENTS:

- 3 eggs

- 100 gr of flour 

- 200 ml of milk

- 350 gr of apricots

- 120 gr of sugar

- vanillina (one packet)

PROCEDURE:

Unite all the ingredients in an ovenproof and mix until amalgamate them. Line a round baking tray for cakes with the parchment paper and pour the mixture, then make cooking in oven to 180° for 20/25 minutes. Here your apricot clafoutis is ready to be tasty!
